Returns Policy

We offer a 14-day return period, which means you can request a return within 14 days of receiving your item.

An item is eligible for return only if it is in the same condition as when you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, please contact us first at capitis.shop@gmail.com. We’ll agree on the next steps together. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you exact instructions on how and where to send your parcel.

Items sent back to us without prior return approval will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so we can assess the issue and make it right.

 

Exceptions / Non-returnable Items

By law, some product categories cannot be returned (e.g., perishable goods such as food or plants, custom-made items, personalized products, or hygiene items once opened).

Our products do not fall into these categories, so all CAPITIS products are eligible for return under the conditions above.

Please note we do not accept returns of sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

If you want to receive a replacement item as quickly as possible, return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, place a new order for the desired item.

 

14-Day Right of Withdrawal in the European Union

If your order is delivered within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason, without providing an explanation. As above, the item must be in the same condition as received, unused, and in its original packaging, and you’ll need the receipt or proof of purchase.

 

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund is approved or not approved.

If approved, your refund will be automatically issued within 10 business days to your original payment method. Please note that your bank or credit card issuer may require additional time to process and post the refund.
