The Capitis Set is a complete training aid that simulates real work inside the oral cavity. It combines the Mirror Tool for indirect vision practice with the Handpiece Tool, which gives you a realistic handpiece grip.
Slot a pencil into the Handpiece Tool and you get a grip that matches a real dental handpiece. You learn to hold the instrument correctly and build a natural grip before you ever work on a patient. The opening is designed so the pencil sits at the same angle as a working tip in a patient's mouth, so your hand movements match a real clinical situation.
The Mirror Tool is for practising orientation in a mirrored image and indirect vision. It teaches you to work without looking directly at the field — exactly as you must in the limited view of the oral cavity.
The package includes 4 basic training templates so you can start practising straight away across different types of task.
Together the two tools form a complete training set that develops indirect vision, hand stability, precision and good ergonomic habits at the same time. Training with the Capitis Set gets you as close as possible to real work with a patient.
