Fast Shipping

We hand over your order to the carrier within 24 hours after payment confirmation (except on weekends and public holidays).

Once your parcel is shipped, you’ll receive an email with confirmation and a tracking number.

Delivery Times

• Czech Republic & Slovakia: usually 2–5 business days

• Other EU countries: 5–10 business days

• Outside the EU: delivery time may vary depending on the destination and customs processing

Damaged Packages

Our products are carefully packed in protective materials. If your parcel arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible at capitis.shop@gmail.com. Include photos of the damaged package and product so we can resolve the issue with the carrier.

International Delivery

Orders shipped outside the EU may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or other fees, which are the customer’s responsibility. We recommend checking your country’s import conditions in advance.
